At Watsons Jewellers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Secure the Package

  Place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
